Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly-developed products as well as those that are high precision for the assembly machine.

Our quality control personnel who are all experts in their respective product assignments checking the quality at every stage of production, from incoming raw materials to finished products.
Origin of Materials and Components
50% imported, 50% local. Lead screws and linear guide rails are from Taiwan, China. Electric cabinet components are from Schneider, France.

1. Machine warranty period is 12 months once the customer receives the machine. After 12 months, we may answer the customer's question on line or by e-mail within 24 hours.
